Annual Title I Meeting Announcement
We currently have students who have an outstanding meal charge balance. Balance letters are being sent home with students again this week. All balances need to be paid ASAP. The charge limit is $30, and we have multiple students who are at the cut off for any extra items. Remember: You can sign up to just monitor your students' extra item charges online (FREE OF CHARGE) using My School Bucks
Please sign up today to monitor what your student is charging for extra items outside of the free meals they receive to help them stay within the charge limit policy.

SEPTEMBER
16-22, 2024 will be Free college application week.
All students in grades K - 6 will receive one free ticket to wrestling Friday night. Those will be passed out to students tomorrow afternoon. The ticket will allow the student in free with a paying adult ticket purchase.
Students ARE NOT allowed to bring medicines to school. Parents must bring in the medicine for the student, ideally in the original bottle. No student should have medicine on their person any time they are at school. The only exception is medical and that MUST be on file with Nurse Crystal.
Clarksburg School open house will be August 5th from 6-8 p.m. Parents and Caregivers meet in the AD Jarrett at 6:00 p.m.

Report Cards are ready, and can be picked up at Ms. Terri's Office on the following days and times:
Monday-Thursday 8:00-3:00
Friday 8:00-12:00
Also, be sure to pay all lunch charges and library books/fees when picking up your student's Report Card.

Middle School Boys Basketball tryouts will be this Monday and Tuesday from 3:00-4:30 p.m. in the AD Jarrett Gymnasium.

The Clarksburg Elementary Awards Ceremony will be held on Thursday May the 16th at 8:30 a.m. in the AD Jarrett Gymnasium.

PreK Graduation will be on Wednesday, May 15th at 8:00 a.m.
Kindergarten Graduation will be on Wednesday, May 15th at 10:30 a.m.
The location for both events will be the AD Jarrett Gymnasium.

Reminders: Thursday, May 16th will be the last day of the 2023-2024 School Year. No breakfast or lunch will be served, as it will be a half day. Please be sure all textbooks, Chromebooks, lunch charges, and uniforms have been returned or paid for no later than this Thursday, May 16th. Congratulations to our Clarksburg Senior class of 2024.
The Clarksburg Junior High Classes took a trip to Fort Donelson National Battlefield-Tennessee and explored the battlefield. They walked through the trenches and checked out canons and made note of key locations in the battle. They learned a lot about Tennesee and America’s past and had a *blast*.
The Clarksburg High School Academic Awards Banquet will be held on Thursday May the 9th at 6:00 p.m. in the Old Gymnasium.
