A big thank you to Mr. Tim Reed and his entire department for hosting Ms. Flippin’s Advanced Computer Applications class today at Granges. The students were able to see Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint at work outside the classroom. They also heard about the wide variety of career options in the field of Computer Science. As an added bonus, they got a quick lesson on fiber cable splicing.

Exciting news, STEM Society will have their first meeting today! High school students please meet in Ms. Cobb's room promptly at 3:00 pm. Students must have a permission form to attend. Please email lindsey.cobb@clarksburgschool.net for additional information.

We cannot thank UTM Parsons enough for hosting our Health Science students! It allowed them the opportunity to experience a nursing school style simulation, practice injections, learn the requirements for applying to nursing school and the plentiful opportunities in the field. Nothing beats seeing our students excited for their future! Special thanks to our very own Clarksburg alumni, Dr. Christy Blount!
