Ms. Stoke's Senior JAG Class had a special guest speaker last week to discuss Jobs for Tennessee Graduates; none other than Mr. John Dwyer the President and CEO of JAG. It was a great time of learning and sharing from the President of JAG. We are so grateful he chose to take time out of his busy schedule to visit and share with our students at Clarksburg.

The students in grades 8-12 at Clarksburg School participated in the Be Pro Be Proud movement to bring a new generation of pride, progress & professionals to North America’s skilled workforce. Students had the opportunity to use simulations to operate heavy equipment, drive semi trucks, weld, perform construction repairs and more.

A major perk of our small town school is our excellent ability to collaborate. Anatomy & Physiology learned directional terminology and body cavities through a "gingerbread man dissection" last week. Today they practiced suturing with Mrs. Derryberry's Small Animal Science. Talk about a full circle learning moment.
